My work is an example of the kinds of things I wish to see in the world embodied through expressive and sometimes overworked materials. With paint it’s possible for hybrid moments of chaos and control to be suspended indefinitely.

Self Synchronicity is a multimedia painting of a two-headed swan. Primarily oil, the painting is accented with highlights of hard pastel. This piece is inspired by folklore of two headed animals and stands as a metaphor for the desire to be in touch with one's true self.

Inspired by the majestic beauty of the pacific Ocean in Hawaii, where I was fortunate to spend my summer in 2025, learning how to surf on the beach where the sport was invented

This oil painting was inspired by my recent travel to Hawaii. It captures translucent ocean waves of all different shades of blue and green rolling towards the Waikiki Beach and breaking in intricate foam patterns. I felt so inspired, so alive, so in tune with the healing energy of the ocean and this painting is my tribute to the ancient power and spirit-elevating beauty of the Pacific.

“Let her sleep” serves to personify nature in a rather literal way, depicting a field that is full of life and color. The springtime setting speaks to regrowth and self-sufficiency, something that nature is very much capable of, particularly in the absence of artificial interference. In allowing nature to take its course, one may find peace by giving up control.
